Refund Policy

Effective October 12, 2026

Guides: our 30-day guarantee

Read it for a month. If it doesn't feel right for your family, we'll refund it. No long form, no awkward questions. This covers each of these, whether you bought it alone or together:

  • the full guide, Understanding Your Child;
  • the second-child add-on (the same guide for another child of yours);
  • the Parent & Child Guide;
  • the Birthday Year Guide.

Ask within 30 days of the day we deliver it. If a guide never arrives, or something in it is wrong, tell us any time and we'll fix it or refund it in full.

The Moon Letter

  • You can cancel any time from your account. Canceling stops the next charge, and letters keep coming until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Forgot to cancel? Email us within 30 days of a renewal charge and we'll refund that charge and cancel the subscription.

How to ask

Email support@oraclerealm.com from the address you used at checkout, and tell us what to refund.

What happens next

We refund to the card or account you paid with. It usually shows up in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Once a guide is refunded, its download link stops working.
