These terms are an agreement between you and Oraclerealm (“we”), which runs oraclerealm.com. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.
What we offer
We write reflective guides about children, drawn from astrology, tarot, and numerology. They are for personal interest and reflection. They are not psychological, medical, or developmental assessments. They don't predict the future, diagnose anything, or replace advice from a doctor, therapist, or teacher.
Who can buy
You must be 18 or older to buy. When you order a guide about a child, you confirm you are that child's parent or legal guardian. Please give us accurate details; the guide is written from them.
Guides
Guides are digital (PDF). We email them and you can download them from your account. The free guide has no strings attached.
The Moon Letter subscription
- The Moon Letter is a subscription. It renews automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you pick, and we charge your card each time until you cancel.
- We show the price and how often you'll be charged before you pay.
- You can cancel online any time from your account. You can also email us and we'll cancel it for you.
- Canceling stops the next charge. You keep getting letters until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds

Your information
The details you give us about you and your child stay yours. You let us use them only to make, deliver and support what you ordered, as our Privacy Policy explains, including which services help us do that. You can ask us to see or delete them at any time.
Using what you buy
Your guide is for you and your household. You may print it and share it with family. You may not resell it, publish it, or use it to train AI models.
The site, our designs and illustrations, and the way our guides are written belong to us. Each guide is written for your child, and buying it gives you a personal license to use it as described above. It doesn't transfer ownership of our text, art or software.
The service
We work hard to keep the site running and to send guides within about an hour. Still, the site and the guides are provided as they are, without promises beyond the ones in these terms and the ones consumer law gives you.
Limits on our liability
Our guides are not professional advice. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on them, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the guide or subscription the claim is about. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
If something goes wrong
Please write to us first at support@oraclerealm.com. Most problems are solved quickly that way, and our Refund Policy covers the common ones.
The rest of these terms
If a court finds part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site and what you buy here.
Changes
We may update these terms as Oraclerealm changes. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and email customers about big changes.
